Application
Range and Benefits:
A、For
water-based pigment surface-treatment, improve the dispersability、mobility
and color strength of the pigment.
B、For
water-based coating and ink application, improve the dispersability
and color strength of the pigment, modify the rheological property
of the coating and ink, lessen the trend to become bronze-coloured.
Usage
and dosage：
A、For
water-based pigment surface-treatment, dissolve
CH-14A with ammonia
water the solution into the pigment slurry, adjust the PH to acidic
state, CH-14A will absorb on the pigment surface. You may stir
CH-14A with pigment press-cake or add the emulsion/solution of
CH-14A into the pigment before filtration . Common
dosage is 3-10% based on the dry weight of the organic pigment, 1-3% of the
inorganic pigment.
B、For
water-based coating and ink application, dissolve CH-14A with
ammonia water, add the solution into the grinding pigment.
Common dosage is 1-3% based on the dry
weight of the inorganic pigment,
3-15% of the organic pigment and carbon black (decided by the
specific area of the pigment).
