Application
Range and Benefits:
For
organic or inorganic pigment surface treatment, increase the
dispersability and color strength, improve the mobility and
tinctorial effect.
Usage
and dosage:
Heat 20phr CH-15C to its melting point, then drop it slowly into 50-55¡æ 1.5% glacial acetic acid water solution, stir rapidly more than half an hour to make the emulsion. Add the emulsion to the pigment£¬go on stirring for more than half an hour at 50¡æ or above. The dosage is 1-3% of the dry weight of the inorganic pigment, 3-20% of the organic pigment.
For phthalocyanine or benzidine yellow pigment surface treatment, it is better to cooperate CH-15C with mono-sulfated derivative of the pigment. First mix the pigment with the derivative, then add the emulsion of CH-15C. The dosage of sulfated derivative is 2-8% of the dry weight of the pigment.
