Application
Range and Benefits:
For some red and yellow pigment colored non-aqueous (aliphatic,aromatic,ester
and ketonic solvents, and UV monomers) ink and
coating application (automotive and industrial paints,
offset inks, packaging gravure inks, publication gravure inks), for correlative pigment surface treatment, also. As a synergist of hyperdispersants
CH-22 can improve the dispersability and fluidity of the pigment, increase the color strength
and tinctorial effect. CH-22 is particularly effective on
transparent red organic pigments ,such as DPP types.
Dosage£º
Used in ratios of 1:4 or 1:9, CH-22:polymeric dispersant.
Usage:
A¡¢For
ink and coating application: Add CH-22
in the grinding
medium before adding the pigment .
B¡¢For
pigment surface treatment: Add CH-22 into the system
before filtration, or blend CH-22 with dry pigment directly.
