CH-35    Anti-emulsification   Agent  

Application Range:  

For offset ink application, or for flushed ink manufacturing process.  

Benefits： 

   1.Decrease the water pick-up of the ink. Shorten the time to reach water equilibrium.

   2.Improve the anti-emulsifiability of the ink, effectively control the printing diffusion. Overcome such disadvantages as lower mobility, bad transferability and ink accumulation, etc.

   3.For flushed ink manufacturing process, shorten the squeezing time, increase the productivity.

4.Conviniently used, bring no any by-effect to the properties of the ink.  

Dosage：

   Common dosage is 0.2-0.4% based on the weight of the ink or flush.  

Usage：

Add during the manufacturing process of the ink or flush, or add into the finished product, then blend them thoroughly
