Application
Range and Benefits:
A¡¢For organic and inorganic pigment surface treatment. Improve the dispersability, color strength and solvent-resistance of the pigment, in the meantime, inprove the mobility and the tinctorial effect.
B¡¢For offset ink application, increase the mobility and gloss of the ink; for benzene-type gravure printing ink application, decrease the viscosity of the ink, increase the dispersion stability and solvent-resistance of the pigment, in the meantime , improve the tinctorial effect.
Usage
and dosage:
A¡¢For pigment surface treatment: Stir CH-7A with pigment presscake or add the emulsion/solution of CH-7A into the pigment before filtration. More suitably first dissolve CH-7A in rosin soap solution and treat the pigment with rosin together. Common dosage is 2-5% based on the dry weight of the pigment.
B¡¢For ink application: Dissolve CH-7A in the varnish or resin solution, stir it, then add the pigment to grind. Common dosage is 1-5% based on the dry weight of the inorganic pigment, 2-15% based on the dry weight of organic pigment or carbon black.
